Ballet Graduate Profiles, (and Dance Graduate Profiles) is a FREE, no frills database providing information on UK trained students looking for work.

Being a free service there are problems advertising to replace students who have found employment and attracting new ones! The process does work and although students on our website have found employment through direct means, many more have done so through the website.

From time to time, prospective employers in the 'UK', 'Europe' and 'Rest of the World' categories are contacted and encouraged to access the site. Confidentially and at leisure, employers are able to scroll through pages of graduate profiles and if someone catches the eye, that student is only an e-mail or telephone call away. Whilst not replacing existing 'auditioning processes', it does give both parties another alternative.

When applying for positions outside the UK, it is an advantage to have a C.V. on the Internet. Each profile has a dedicated internet address which applicants are able to give out to prospective employers.
